Meet Dave “The Grill Master” Deckard. Dave is our Operations Manager. Dave wears many hats around the office and does anything and everything you could think of. He claims he has been married for forever (17 years) and spends his free time hiding from his three kids. Dave loves to spend his weekends hunting, fishing, and being a family man.

Don Gibson
Technical Director
Meet Don “The Chef” Gibson. Don is our Technical Director, and go-to-guy for any questions regarding our products. He has been married for 27 years, and has four children and three grandchildren. Don leaves for a week every year to participate in an annual fishing trip to Canada. He loves to spend time with his kids and grandkids on the weekend, as well as go hunting and fishing!

Sandy Boewer
President
Meet Sandy Boewer. She is Amteco’s President and has been with the company since she was 16. She has been married for 25 years to her husband Chris, and together they have two children, Denise & Samantha. Sandy loves spending time with her family on the weekends as well as reading a great book. Not many know she is a Sudoku fanatic and loves to put together a challenging puzzle.

Darvin Holmon
Shipping and Receiving Manager
Meet Darvin Holmon. Darvin is the Shipping and Receiving Manager at our warehouse. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and is a fabulous father. He loves to spoil his daughter. When he is not keeping the warehouse in tip top shape, Darvin is going to softball games, catching a movie, and hanging out with his friends on the weekends.

Receptionist
Meet Beth McLaughlin. Beth is Amteco’s Receptionist and has been with us for over a year now. Beth has been married for 18 years and is the mother to 3 beautiful girls. She has the biggest heart, is incredibly outgoing, and always has a smile on her face.

Production
Meet Rebecca Butler. Becky has been with the company for many years now and still wakes up every morning excited to come to work! She was married for 20 years and has two daughters. Becky loves spending time on the weekends with her two (soon to be three) grandchildren. She may not have any children left at home, but Becky loves spoiling her daschund puppy “Angel Faye.”

Customer Service
Meet Denise Boewer. Denise is in charge of Customer Service at Amteco. She is Amteco’s newest employee and loves working with her mother. She worked retail for 5 years before joining Corporate America. Denise enjoys spending time with her family and friends including her Lhasa Apso puppy Hershey. She loves interior decorating and hopes to attend beauty school one day.

Meet Dan Rhymer. Dan is a Batch Maker at Amteco and is a gentle giant. He has been married to his wife for a year now. Dan is just like all the other guys in the warehouse. He loves to hunt, fish, and camp when he is not making our products.

Office Supervisor
Meet Lynda Kamp. Lynda is Amteco’s Office Supervisor. She has known Ann & Bill, the company’s cofounders, longer than anyone with the company. Lynda has been a widow for ten years now, and loves the single life. She has three children and three grandchildren. She is an avid reader and dog sitter extraordinaire. As a woman of many talents her most shocking is what a great carpenter she is. Power tools are her secret.

Packing Supervisor
Meet Jon Cranmer. Jon is our Packing Supervisor. Jon is married and has three children. He also is a grandfather to one. Jon is an extreme movie buff, and is very into his Play Station 3 and computers. His most memorable moment at Amteco was his first unexpected raise shortly after starting with the company.

Meet Steve Delaroche. Steve is Amteco’s Operations Supervisor. He has been married for 29 years and is the father to 2 teenage twin boys. Both Steve’s sons, Will & Ben, play soccer for SLUH. Steve has been coming out to Pacific since he was a small child in 1956. His Grandfather owned land close to where our warehouse is located today.

Meet Brian Hilton. Brian is Amteco's National Sales Manager. He has three boys and has been married to his wife for 32 years. Brian has one pup named Daisy, and loves to spend time with his family. On the weekends you can find Brian at his boys sporting events or playing golf with the family.

Meet Steve Klein. Steve, a.k.a. “Klein”, is the Plant Supervisor. Some of his many hobbies include RC cars, flying planes, boats and computers. "Klein's love of computers comes in handy since he is quick to come in the office and put on his computer nerd hat. He runs a tight ship in spite of his big heart.

Meet Bill and Ann Reckel. Bill and Ann are Amteco's Owners. They have been partners in marriage for 50 plus years. Bill and Ann have also been partners at Amteco for over 30 years. They are the parents of 6 children with Amteco being their 7th. Bill and Ann would like to thank Amteco's employees and customers for making us a Small Business success.
