Mildew Sealer - Application Instructions

Remove heavy mildew contamination with a mixture of 1 part household bleach to 3 parts water. Rinse thoroughly before applying sealer
Remove all dirt, grease or other contaminates
Remove loose peeling paint, chalk and mildew
Caulk and fill nail holes

Mix thoroughly before and occasionally during use
Apply by brush, roll or spray
Do not apply below 50°F
Do not apply to crumbly, badly weathered stucco
Typical dry time 1-3 hours
Spread rate 300-500 square feet per gallon
Clean up with soap and water
Topcoat with 100% acrylic latex when dry to the touch
